Who may use Oro
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account secure. Do not share access to another person's private reading without permission.
Oro Membership
Oro Membership is an auto-renewing monthly subscription purchased through Apple. The purchase screen shows the subscription name, duration, included service, and full localized renewal price before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Apple Account.
Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it through your Apple Account settings. Apple manages billing, cancellation, and refund requests under its policies. Cancelling stops future renewals and does not normally end access before the current paid period expires. Restore Purchases is available in Oro for an eligible purchase associated with the correct Oro and Apple accounts.
Readings are for reflection
Oro provides astrology-based reflective content. Readings and forecasts are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, investment, or other professional advice. They do not diagnose conditions, guarantee events, or replace qualified professional judgement. Decisions about your health, safety, relationships, work, or money remain your own.
Your content and permitted use
You retain rights in the personal information and questions you submit. You give Oro the limited permission needed to process that material and provide the service. Oro's app, visual design, software, and generated presentation are protected by intellectual-property law and are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use.
You must not misuse Oro, attempt to access another person's account, interfere with the service, automate abusive requests, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use Oro in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Oro reliable, but generation, notifications, forecasts, and account services may occasionally be delayed or unavailable. We may improve, replace, or retire features while continuing to provide the ongoing value described at purchase. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, Oro, or the service.
Responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oro is provided without a promise that every interpretation will feel accurate or produce a particular outcome. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits your mandatory consumer rights.
Ending your account
You can request account deletion from Profile. Deleting your Oro account does not cancel an Apple subscription; manage the subscription separately in your Apple Account settings. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data when you delete your account. Terms that by their nature should continue after account closure—including ownership, payment history, and lawful limitations—continue to apply.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you live elsewhere, you keep any mandatory protections given to you by the law of the country where you live.
